Pilgrim’s wants YOU to join our hourly production team! Positions start at $19.15 / hour for 3rd shift Sanitation plus an attendance bonus if qualifications are met of $2.75 per hour.
 
Sanitation Worker

Key Responsibilities and Account abilities include but are not limited to:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing production areas
  • Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
  • Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
 Work Environment / Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
Experience / Work History 
  • Prefer previous manufacturing experience
