Bigelow Management is a real estate management and development company headquartered in Las Vegas, NV managing real properties built and acquired by the same family Company for over 56 years. Currently owns and manages 7,158 apartments located in the southwest. We are looking for Senior Tax Expert needed in General Real Estate operations, sales, possible acquisitions, real estate trusts, and 501(c)(3) foundations. A well qualified applicant will be paid a salary of $275,000 Applicant must be able to manage on a daily basis an income tax preparation tax technician who does the grunt work on the preparation of many tax returns for a privately owned multi-company operation that has been in business for over 56 years in the development, acquisition and management of portfolio owned properties in multiple states. An out-of-house CPA firm reviews and signs all tax returns. The desired candidate should function with minimal supervision, has sense of urgency, communicates well verbally and in writing and has exceptional attention to detail. We offer an excellent salary $275,000 with benefit options including medical, dental, optical, paid vacations, 9 paid holidays, and 401(k) plan with company match.
