Sanitation

Job Description: This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the production area. All assigned work duties are to be completed prior to the end of shift while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job Synopsis: This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all

areas of the production area in accordance with USDA, HACCP, and QA pre-op protocols. This position will be required to use high pressure hose, chemical solutions, assemble/unassembled lines, and equipment as required for proper cleaning and sanitizing. This position must also clean equipment, lines, machines, floors, ceiling, lighting fixtures, fans, take out trash. This position will be required to be obtain LOTO (lockout tagout), fall protection, PIT (if needed) training, also. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid, or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis, and any other duties assigned by Manager.

Este puesto debera obtener LOTO (bloqueo y etiquetado), proteccion contra caidas, entrenamiento PIT (si es necesario), tambien. Esta posicion estara expuesta a posibles temperaturas calidas o frias, mojadas, humedas o polvorientas. Esta posicion requerira caminar, agacharse, pararse y levantar hasta 70 libras con frecuencia, y cualquier otra tarea asignada por el Gerente.
