Sandblaster Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfacesÂ
- Remove rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants.Â
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Â
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly.Â
- Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
Sandblaster Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous sandblasting or industrial painting experience preferredÂ
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Physical strength and stamina lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
