A precise abrasive blast reveals a clean, profiled surface ready for a high-performance coating. You mix to spec, fine-tune your spray pattern, and lay down a uniform coat—verifying film thickness and finish before the part moves to the next stage. Every step reflects your commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

How you’ll contribute
  • Carry out sandblasting to remove contaminants and achieve the required surface profile.
  • Prepare and apply industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
  • Complete all pre-application prep, including cleaning, degreasing, and masking.
  • Inspect coated parts for consistent coverage, target thickness, and overall quality standards.
  • Observe safety protocols and wear PPE without exception.
  • Maintain and care for painting and blasting equipment; report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Monitor temperature and humidity; adjust techniques and timing to suit conditions.
  • Keep workspaces clean and ensure proper storage of materials and tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to confirm specifications.
