Job description

Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. 


Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Sandblaster is responsible for daily operation of sandblast equipment, and basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimization and safety.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily operation of Sandblasting equipment.
  • Basic set-up and shutdown of sandblast facility.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, assertive, and responsive to Company metrics.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
  • Strong judgement to be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

Summary of Experience and Education

  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Previous Sandblast Experience is a plus but not a must
  • Willing to train the right candidate, that is reliable, has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • The Sandblast position is full-time on location at our main facility located in Chandler, Arizona.
