About the Position

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Sandblaster to join our Montana office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sandblast a variety of substrates using different sandblasting media and grits.
  • Meet job time frame estimates while maintaining a steady work pace.
  • Assist with preparation for sandblasting tasks (e.g., cleaning surfaces, masking areas).
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as required for sandblasting tasks.
  • Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
  • Collaborate with team members to support other tasks when sandblasting is not available.
  • Maintain sandblasting equipment and keep it in good working condition.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and quality results.
