Job Title: Sales Associate – Access Control

Position Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling access control solutions, including hardware, software, and integrated security systems, to clients such as installers, integrators, and end users.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop new customer relationships and build long-term, trusted partnerships; maintain regular engagement with existing clients and proactively reconnect during new product launches to assess evolving customer needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, direct mail, and networking); expand and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and accounts
  • Support revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase product sales and expand market penetration
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience through pre-sales and post-sales support, including product information, presentations, quotations, sample coordination, order processing, and new account setup
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer technical inquiries effectively
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product line, including access control technologies and applications, through ongoing training and self-development
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position products
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (access control, security, surveillance, or low-voltage preferred)
