  • Test and learn content adjustments using Amazon's Experiments (A/B tests) to continuously improve and iterate titles, descriptions, PDP imagery, and more.
  • Analyze data and KPIs (e.g., content health, search performance, review sentiment) to provide actionable insights and opportunities for digital shelf optimization.
  • Manage coordination and collaboration between brand, ecommerce, sales, brokers, and creative agencies on the creation, maintenance, and optimization of all aspects of the digital shelf.
  • Build out Salsify retailer syndication channels to manage and optimize internal digital shelf content.
  • Stay current on evolving retailer platforms, ecommerce trends and strategies, and digital shelf best practices to proactively guide strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital shelf, or digital content management (CPG industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and Target.
  • Working knowledge of content syndication tools (e.g., Salsify/Syndigo) and/or retailer portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart SupplierOne, Target POL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, keywording, and general optimization best practices for PDPs, brand stores, and more.
  • Proven ability to translate retailer and shopper insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data sets, identify key opportunities, and present insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Prior experience with creative workflows and projects, preferred.
  • Proficiency using Generative AI tools like Claude to solve business problems, preferred.

Salary for the Digital Shelf Strategy Manager role starts at $125,000.
