Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable, growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an eCommerce Operations Coordinator position! This is a short-term contract position. Standard work hours Monday-Friday. Target pay rate is $22-28/hr
This role will provide operational and executional support to the eCommerce team and eCommerce Managers across multiple online marketplaces. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational issues, maintaining platform accuracy, supporting order management and dispute resolution, and ensuring content integrity across eCommerce systems.
The eCommerce Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary Salsify expert, act as a warehouse liaison, and play a critical role in maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, the ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working across systems and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
eCommerce Operations & Platform Support
  • Create, manage, and track operational support tickets within Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
  • Conduct routine eCommerce order reviews to identify fulfillment, pricing, and system issues
  • Investigate and dispute chargebacks, shortages, and operational deductions
  • Support issue resolution related to item setup, pricing, availability, and fulfillment
Content & Catalog Management
  • Upload and maintain product content, images, and attributes across eCommerce platforms
  • Ensure content accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform requirements
  • Partner with eCommerce Managers to support ongoing catalog expansion and optimization
Systems, Dashboards & Reporting
  • Maintain and update eCommerce dashboards, ECM trackers, and operational reports
  • Track KPIs, issues, and action items to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the eCommerce leadership team
Salsify & Data Management
  • Serve as the Salsify subject matter expert, supporting content syndication and data governance
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates between Salsify and downstream eCommerce platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data quality and system improvements
Warehouse & Cross-Functional Liaison
  • Act as the primary liaison between eCommerce and warehouse operations
  • Coordinate issue resolution related to order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics
  • Support communication between internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
Minimum Qualifications:
  • HS School Diploma required: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
  • Experience with Salsify or similar PIM/content management platforms
  • Familiarity with eCommerce order management, chargebacks, and operational workflows
  • Experience supporting multiple online marketplaces
  • Experience with Canva
