As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable & mixed reality technology.   • Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories 
  • Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them 
  • Occasional off-site event work at our clients Playa Vista office, and travel to various sites via car or plane, including overnight stays. 
  • Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system 
  • Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met 
  • Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays 
  • Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations. 
  • Other duties as assigned by management 

Experience and Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail 
  • Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera 
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers 
  • Must be results and detail-oriented 
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology 
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener 
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
