PS Salon & Spa is looking for aย Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experienceย to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Position: Salon Manager (Part-Time)

Job Type:ย Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation:

  • 52% commission rate
  • Opportunity for annual review of commission rate
  • Opportunity for Bonus plan

Schedule Expectations:

  • Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
  • Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
  • Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
  • Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE:ย Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
  • Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
  • Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point-of-Sale device
  • Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
  • Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
