We are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Salon Manager to support our Tampa area locations. This role is designed for individuals who already demonstrate leadership behaviors and are ready to refine and expand them within a high-performance environment. 1. Guest Experience & Front Desk Leadership
  • Ensure a 5-star luxury experience for all guests.
  • Be the first and last point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their visit.
  • Manage guest communications, including returning voicemails, emails, and social media inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment that aligns with Salon Haloโ€™s high standards.
  • Assist stylists with guest resolutions, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

2. Operational Excellence
  • Oversee cleanliness and appearance of all salon areas.
  • Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory management and budget tracking.
  • Support planning and execution of seasonal promotions and decor.

3. Stylist & Team Performance Support
  • Assist in tracking and optimizing stylist productivity.
  • Help stylists utilize salon systems for success and goal tracking.
  • Support training and coaching efforts to help stylists meet their individual KPIs and career objectives.
  • Foster a team culture of accountability, inspiration, and professional growth.

4. Growth & Community Involvement
  • Support the Luxury Salon Manager in executing marketing initiatives and local events.
  • Represent Salon Halo in the community, fostering relationships and brand reputation.
  • Assist in creative innovations and salon growth strategies.

5. Adaptability & Leadership Development
  • Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the salon.
  • Lead the team through daily challenges with problem-solving and a forward-thinking approach.
  • Develop leadership and business acumen through ongoing education and mentorship.
  • Provide support across multiple locations as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (hospitality, retail leadership, or operations)
  • Experience leading, coaching, or influencing others in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated ability to hit goals, KPIs, or performance metrics
  • Passion for the beauty industry and luxury guest experiences.
  • Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and eager to grow into a larger leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to hold others accountable through education, coaching, and inspiration.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn salon management systems.

  • Availability to work a full day on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (Fridays & Saturdays)
