We are seeking a Salon Operations Manager to take ownership of our Carrollwood location. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for team development, operational excellence, and overall business performance.

  • Lead a 5 star luxury experience from the front of the house

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory, and daily operational flow
