Job description

Reporting to the Salon Manager, our stylist contributes to our mission of style by providing hairstyling services in a range of modalities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients
  • Ensure client's comfort at all times
  • Perform all hair services
  • Develop client relationships to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledge
  • Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings
  • Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing
  • Report damaged equipment to management
