Salon Receptionist/Assistant Opportunity
Wednesday thru Friday 8:30am to 3pm

Join Ciao Bella Salon & Spa, a family-owned company with 30+ salon locations inside Senior Living Communities, plus Mobile Service opportunities throughout Pennsylvania. We are passionate about bringing beauty, confidence, dignity, and human connection to our senior clients-because beauty truly has no age limit.
We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional individuals, who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. If you love building meaningful client relationships, delivering high-quality services, and working in a calm, respectful setting, this role is for you.
What You'll Do (But Not Limited To):
  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience
  • Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations
  • Answer incoming calls and monitor, listen to, and return voicemail messages promptly.
  • Process client payments accurately using approved payment methods.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations
  • Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
  • Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
  • Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
  • Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft
What We're Looking For:
  • Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology Student (Minimum of 300 Hours) - this is a preference, not a requirement.
  • Flexible availability (weeknights not required), typical workdays are 8:30am to 3pm
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Compassion, patience, and professionalism-especially when working with senior clients
  • Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
