Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Fulltime Position
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Marketing Cloud
  • A solid command of the Digital Marketing and Digital Customer Experience business domains, including related business acumen, standard business processes, industry trends, core and emerging strategies and technical capabilities.
  • An extensive practical experience defining and deploying data-driven end-to-end marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and adjacent platforms technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with current and emerging marketing methods, tools, and technologies, including CRM, CDP, Marketing Data and Analytics platforms, identity resolution, and data onboarding, transformation and segmentation tools and methods, email marketing and social integration, personalization and digital targeting, and real-time next best action/experience capabilities.
  • Experience developing and deploying multi-channel, multi-touchpoint customer journeys.
  • Experience activating AI/ML in customer experiences, leveraging both out-of-the box as well as in-house developed models.
  • Extensive practical experience and expertise with SFMC tools: Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder, Email, Mobile, Content, Web, Advertising Studios, etc.
  • Experience integrating SFMC with other Salesforce clouds (SFCC, SFSC, SFEC), third party data and analytics tools and applications, and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with understanding, introspecting, and managing customer data, including managing customer consent, and applying appropriate privacy and security policies.
  • Experience with business process automation and enterprise integration tools and technologies
  • Ability to effectively identify and map non-functional requirements to target architectures (security and compliance, performance, availability, and reliability, etc.).
  • Awareness and experimentation with maturing trends and emerging technologies, and experience in assessing and driving their practical application in the enterprise
  • Experience with relevant industry standards, policies and regulations, and their impact and application in modern enterprise.
  • Experience distilling business strategy into an effective large-scale technology strategy with complimentary enterprise architecture
