In the Senior Product Owner position, youโ€™ll lead the execution of complex initiatives that span multiple teams or domains. Youโ€™ll partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced features, manage strategic prioritization across roadmaps, and mentor other Product Owners on delivery practices.   • Track progress against roadmap goals and customer impact, adjusting plans in real-time to mitigate risks.

  • Partner with architecture and tech leads to ensure scalability, technical feasibility, and delivery readiness.

  • Mentor and support other Product Owners in backlog hygiene, delivery standards, and stakeholder communication.

  • Use intelligent tooling and data to shape decision-making and refine prioritization.

  • Ensure backlog reflects customer insight, operational considerations, and strategic goals.

  • Translate product roadmap into tactical delivery plans with measurable success criteria.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to evolve strategic plans based on execution input and delivery feedback.


Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Agile delivery role.

  • Demonstrated experience leading delivery across teams or programs.

  • Strong experience working in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).

  • Experience with AI or automation technologies preferred.


Additional Items of Interest

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS platforms, or data-rich environments.
