Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations. The role involves developing and executing test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate workflows, automation, and security settings within Salesforce.
• Test CTI functionality including call routing, screen pops, and softphone integration.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.
• Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.
• Validate data integrity and system performance post-deployment.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.
• Create and update test cases for new features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience testing CTI integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.
• Experience with QA Automation tools is a plus.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.
