This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

We areseekinga skilled and experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you willbe responsible fordesigning, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.

What You'll Deliver

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform,utilizingApex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.

  • Collaborate with Operations leads and stakeholders to gather and understandrequirements, andtranslate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop andmaintainintegrations between Salesforce and other systems using tools like REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

  • Implement andmaintaincomplex workflows, process automation, and data validation rules to streamline business processes.

  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, includingrequirementsanalysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, providingtimelysupport and solutions.

  • Stayup-to-datewith Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to continually enhance system capabilities.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

  • Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a focus on enterprise-level development.

  • Strongproficiencyin Apex, Visualforce,Lightning Web Components (LWC),Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

  • Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

  • Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your development workflow - using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or agentic coding assistants to accelerate delivery without sacrificing code quality.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are a plus.

  • Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes is desirable.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.

In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
