Business Systems & Integrations Manager

Department: Operations

Reports to: Finance / Operations Leadership
Location: Onsite at HQ Superior, CO

Salary Range: $120K โ€“ $145K


POSITION SUMMARY

This role is a hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Manager who will own and optimize our core technology ecosystem. In this role, youโ€™ll connect and improve systems such as ERP, CRM, integrations, and eCommerce platforms to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and scalable growth across our global operations. This person will act as the bridge between business and technologyโ€”streamlining workflows, improving data flow, and leading system enhancements that have a real impact on how the company operates.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve our business systems architecture (NetSuite, Salesforce, integrations, eCommerce)
  • Develop and maintain a 3-year systems roadmap
  • Improve end-to-end workflows (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) including overseeing the health and performance of core business platforms.
  • Lead and manage system integrations across platforms (ERP, CRM, EDI, eCommerce)
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to eliminate manual processes
  • Manage external vendors and drive system implementations and upgrades
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance
  • Help introduce automation and AI capabilities to modernize operations


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five yearsโ€™ experience managing enterprise business systems
  • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Experience with Salesforce and system integrations
  • Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Celigo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations
  • Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills
  • Experience managing technical vendors and system implementation projects


Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or inventory-driven business experience
  • Experience with EDI platforms (SPS Commerce or similar)
  • Experience integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP systems
  • NetSuite certifications
  • Experience supporting global operations
