Job description

Salesforce Developer / Administrator job at TEKsystems. Milwaukee, WI. 3-day a week hybrid model in Milwaukee, WI-12-month C2H

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our highly collaborative IT team supporting our Global Investment Banking group with 600+ users. This role requires a hybrid skill set-primarily Salesforce declarative and programmatic development, with occasional full-stack development tasks. While Mulesoft experience is a plus, it is not required.

About the Role: You'll work closely with a team of passionate Salesforce professionals to enhance and support our platform. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset. This is a highly collaborative environment-pairing, asking questions, and sharing ideas are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce administration and development.
  • Design and implement declarative solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map Salesforce features to business processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support rollout of enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Drive user adoption and create training materials as needed.
