You will partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Channel, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Field Sales, and IT teams to ensure the platform delivers exceptional user experience, enables commercial excellence, and supports scalable business growth.You will own the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Consumer Goods Cloud while partnering with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and implementation partners to deliver new capabilities and maximize platform value.This role is central to ensuring Salesforce remains a trusted, high-performing commercial platform by driving user adoption, process optimization, data quality, and operational excellence.**Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, supporting business users across Channel, Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations.Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, List Views, Record Types, Permission Sets, and Lightning Apps.Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.Support Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities including retail execution, account planning, visit planning, store audits, surveys, action plans, product assortment, and customer engagement.Administer Salesforce objects, page layouts, security model, user provisioning, role hierarchy, profiles, sharing rules, and field-level security.Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into sales performance, retail execution, customer activity, and operational KPIs.Monitor system health, data quality, platform adoption, and user experience while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Support Salesforce releases by evaluating new platform capabilities, coordinating testing, documenting enhancements, and enabling business adoption.Manage user support, troubleshoot production issues, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.Partner with architects, developers, and implementation partners to support larger projects, integrations, and platform enhancements.Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.Develop and maintain platform documentation including configuration standards, process documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.Promote Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and data integrity across the commercial organization.Perform additional duties as assigned.The TOOLS you'll bring with you:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.2-4+ years of experience administering Salesforce in an enterprise environment.Salesforce Administrator Certification required or ability to obtain within six months.Experience supporting business users and delivering Salesforce enhancements through Agile delivery methodologies.Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:Experience administering Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or comparable CRM platforms.Strong understanding of Consumer Goods business processes including retail execution, account planning, field sales, customer visits, product assortment, promotions, and merchandising.Experience configuring Salesforce using Flow Builder, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Experience.Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing model, and declarative automation best practices.Experience supporting integrations with ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud, customer master data, product master data, and enterprise integration platforms.Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Trade Promotion Management, or Revenue Growth Management solutions.Experience supporting mobile-first Salesforce applications used by field sales organizations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce configurations.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships across business and IT organizations.Passion for continuous learning, platform innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.Hands-on administrator who thrives on improving business processes through thoughtful platform configuration and automation while maintaining high standards for data quality, usability, and operational excellence.Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
