Job Title: Automotive Sales BDC Agent (Call Center Focused)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (hourly base + performance-based bonuses)

Our BDC is a key part of our sales operation, working hand-in-hand with our sales team to create quality opportunities and a great customer experience. Position Overview:
As a Sales BDC Agent, your primary focus is generating showroom traffic and sales opportunities. This is a phone- and internet-based sales role where success is measured by appointments set, shown, and sold. If you enjoy sales, follow-up, and seeing your effort directly impact your income, this role offers strong earning potential.
What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales-focused calls
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails related to vehicle sales
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to new and unsold prospects
  • Set, confirm, and re-confirm sales appointments
  • Use proven call scripts and sales processes
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive appointments
  • Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong appointment handoffs
  • Contribute to meeting sales goals for calls, appointments, and show rates

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 5 days per week
