Youโ€™ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: โ€ข Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly โ€ข Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings โ€ข Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close โ€ข Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner โ€ข Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Qualifications: โ€ข High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred โ€ข Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience โ€ข Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued โ€ข Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills โ€ข Willing to obtain real estate license Compensation: $48,000+ Based on experience
