Responsibilities for our sales advisors:
  • Getting to work on time
  • Report to morning sales meeting
  • Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers
  • Meet & greet customers on the lot and in the sale room to better assist them
  • Offer to tour this years new vehicles and dealership amenities
  • Identify clients needs 
  • Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
  • Assist qualified customers with test drives
  • Consult with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction
Qualifications for the sales advisor:
  • College welcomed, but not necessary
  • Sales experience (Preferred, but not necessary)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal ability
  • The drive to excel under pressure
  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends
  • A valid driver's license
