About the Role

Robert  Brogden Garden City GMC/ Honda is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to support our top salesperson with administrative and clerical responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help ensure smooth daily operations, accurate recordkeeping, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to our top salesperson.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and customer files.
  • Enter and update customer information in company systems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Process paperwork related to sales transactions.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing records.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support customer follow-up efforts and maintain accurate communication logs.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
