Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our team! As a Sales Training Manager on the team, you will work closely with our team of trainers to support, mentor, and encourage them to become a successful, motivational sales force for our company. You will also handle scheduling for your sales department, budgeting, hiring and training new team members, and any disciplinary actions as needed. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both training and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a background in leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of sales training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership
  • Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your team
  • Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team
  • Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget
  • Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
