POSITION TITLE: Jr. Sales Support Analyst
POSITION PURPOSE:
Support the wholesale sales team by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Release orders in all divisions to Essentus. Enter e-mailed and faxed orders. Audit and release order confirmations. Process all QR orders.
Manually reduce bulks based on transmitted orders. Release orders. Notify Planners on over projected styles. Make reductions/cancellations on orders due to inventory.
Process requests of changes to existing orders. Key specialty orders. Process sample request. Assist the Sales Representatives by auditing and keying order confirmations for major accounts as needed. Research status of existing orders. Enter PWO's.
