Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative - Power Systems, you'll support sales efforts and deliver strong customer service:

  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support outside sales representatives with quotes, orders, and follow-up
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process orders, track status, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
  • Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams
  • Prepare and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
