Sales Manager Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  •  3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. 
  •  Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions). 
  •  A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. 
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
