Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Planner to join our dynamic team at a leading gaming mobile app publisher. As the Sales Planner, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by partnering with the sales and sales marketing teams to develop and deliver exceptional sales pitches, media plans, and ad/tech specifications. Your creative thinking, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry will be essential in crafting compelling proposals and ensuring the success of our advertising campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with AE's on strategy and response to RFP's
  • Set up internal brainstorm meetings
  • Build media plans and decks
  • Pulls avails in GAM for RFPs
  • Filling out agency RFIs
  • Set up internal KOC with AM once media plans moves to IO (post sales) to ensure flawless handoff and campaign launch
  • Works with sales to enter opportunities into salesforce
  • Be an expert on site content, new features and new ad units in order to put together the best media plans possible
  • Partner with sales and sales marketing teams to maintain consistency in sales pitches, decks, and proposals
  • Develop a strong understanding of T2/Zynga games
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, new products, and developments in the digital media landscape
  • Continuously update your expertise in the gaming industry to stay ahead of competitors and provide innovative solutions to clients
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience planning digital campaigns, as well as digital planning tools (GAM, Prisma).
  • Digitally savvy with working knowledge of analytics and customer management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, MOAT, Nielsen, GAM)
  • Ability to work with, prepare and build databases and spreadsheets, for the creation and modification of media plans and templates
  • Ability to create visually appealing presentations in Powerpoint
  • Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office. Nice to have: Photoshop experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
What We Offer You
The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $57,100 and $84,520 per year.
The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,700 and $92,000 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company's discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
