Job description

Who we are

We are Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. We offer full-cycle software development from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. We partner with visionary companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to turn bold ideas into products with the power to transform the world.

Many of our team members call the Bay Area home, but this role is fully remote across North America.

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager - Sales Operations, you will own and lead the operations that drive revenue planning, forecasting, and sales execution at Fluxon. You will build the foundational frameworks, data infrastructure, and processes that make our go-to-market performance measurable, predictable, and scalable.

This is a highly cross-functional, zero-to-one role within our Program Management team. You will operate as the central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets, pipeline visibility, and execution planning.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, building from scratch, and balancing strategic design with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build Fluxon's sales operations program from the ground up, including sales goals and forecasting, frameworks, processes, and feedback loops.
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities across pipeline, conversion, sales productivity and revenue performance.
  • Assist the sales team in the review, revision, and administration of client proposals and contracts.
  • Design Fluxon's sales operations to improve lead flow, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates.
  • Own sales operations success end-to-end, including defining metrics, tracking, reporting, and performance.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of the sales process across Sales, Biz Dev, Marketing, Finance, Executives, and the Delivery team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex program management, sales/revenue/business operations, sales strategy, or similar function in a fast-paced consultancy, agency, or enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of building sales operations and revenue planning from zero-to-one.
  • Experience operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, with strong analytical and modeling skills in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, revenue planning, and the design of sales planning frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and Excel/Google sheets-based tools.
  • Experience creating client proposals, pricing, and contract workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build alignment with senior leadership and executives across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Strong track record of making data-informed recommendations in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong skills in risk management, conflict resolution, and making trade-off decisions in high-pressure settings.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred.

What we offer:

Our salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 USD per year, and we consider your skills and experience, location, and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.

  • Remote work with flexible hours and a budget to set up your work space.
  • Localized healthcare coverage designed to support you and your family's well-being.
  • Flexible paid time off with a 3-week minimum (not including holidays) to support your well-being.
  • Company-wide "no internal meetings" Fridays to help you focus on deep, uninterrupted work.
  • Professional growth budget for any form of self-improvement: specialized technical training, conferences, certifications or even foreign language courses.
  • Monthly health & wellness allowance to spend on whatever keeps you physically and mentally at your best.
  • Annual offsites where we gather in person to build meaningful connections with your fellow Fluxonians.
  • Profit-sharing program for you to benefit directly from our collective growth and success.
  • 401k contribution program
  • Paid sabbatical program to reset, recharge, and gain a fresh perspective.
  • A competitive salary that reflects your expertise and experience.

We believe diverse teams perform better, and an inclusive environment is essential to building a successful organization. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing accommodations throughout the hiring process.
