We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to be the crucial link between our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
This isn't just an administrative role; you will be point person, ensuring flawless order execution and exceptional support for our house accounts. By owning the order-to-cash cycle, you will directly enable our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive company-wide success.

For the right motivated individual who consistently demonstrates outstanding performance, deep product knowledge, and strategic account management abilities, this position serves as a highly desirable springboard into a full-time Sales role. You will earn the opportunity to transition to a sales role, leveraging the expertise gained in operations and account management to drive new revenue.
You will be the core facilitator for our key transactions, owning the entire workflow from order entry to cash collection.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP/CRM systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued "House Accounts" (e.g., online retailers and e-commerce partners), providing proactive support regarding order status, shipping logistics, and invoicing.
  • Act as the central communication hub, managing intricate cross-functional dialogue between Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Accounting to resolve roadblocks and accelerate delivery.
  • Proactively monitor the payment life cycle and manage collection follow-ups to safeguard cash flow and prevent costly production/shipment delays.

  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (Delmiaworks (IQMS) highly desirable) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of professional, persuasive, and clear cross-departmental dialogue.
  • A relentless attention to detail with a proactive, self-starter mentality to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
