Job description

Everbridge empowers organizations to anticipate, mitigate, respond to, and recover stronger from critical events. Our mission is to help customers keep people safe and organizations running by providing the world's leading resilience platform.

As our Go-to-Market organization continues to evolve, we're making significant investments in AI, automation, analytics, and operational excellence. We support more than300 sellers globally, and we're looking for someone to help redefine what modern Sales Operations and Compensation can become.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build the next generation of Sales Operations, Compensation, and Performance metrics. Accurate commission statements, clean compensation rollouts, and operational excellence are expected. Those are the foundation of the role.

  • Deliver proactive seller insights
  • Build better reporting and analytics
  • Enable sales leaders with actionable recommendations, not just reports

Our goal is to transform compensation from a team that calculates commissions into a trusted advisor on seller performance, territory effectiveness, and business planning.

Corporate Performance

You'll partner closely with our Corporate Performance organization to support:

  • Compensation expense forecasting
  • Rep performance analytics

  • Executive reporting
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
