The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead daily operations and aggressively grow in membership sales.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for:
  • Driving membership sales conversion of 25% 
  • Building and leading a high-performing front desk sales and therapist team
  • Owning KPIs, labor efficiency, and guest experience
  • Scaling a membership-based business with discipline and precision
You will run the retreat like a business—not a shift.
What You’ll Own (Key Outcomes)
 
First 30 Days – Foundation & Mastery
  • Full ownership of KPIs:
    Membership sales conversion, retention, rebooking, guest experience
  • Master all systems:
    Zenoti POS, Operations & Forecasting tools, SharePoint, AnchorPoint
  • Assess team performance and identify skill gaps
  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly scorecards
  • Stabilize staffing, scheduling, and service execution

30–60 Days – Growth & Optimization
  • Consistently hit or exceed:
    • 25–35% membership conversion
    • 99% retention
  • Implement structured roleplay sales rehearsal & service training
  • Optimize therapist and front desk scheduling to maximize room utilization
  • Recruit and onboard:
    • 20 Massage Therapists
    • Front Desk Sales Associates to support growth
  • Tight control of labor and operational costs
3–6 Months – Sustainability & Talent Development
  • Develop an internal leadership bench (Assistant Manager / Lead)
  • Contribute insights to annual budget and forecasting
  • Drive consistent revenue and operational growth
