Summary

Keter North America is adding a Sales Operations Manager role to strengthen how we support retail customers, improve operational execution, and enable profitable growth. This is a manager-level individual contributor role today, with the expectation that people leadership responsibilities may be added as the function grows. This role serves as a key cross-functional partner between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service, translating customer needs and business priorities into clear processes, actionable insights, and measurable service improvements. The Sales Operations Manager will drive sales effectiveness, improve customer experience, support strategic account execution, and provide the tools, analytics, process discipline, and operational leadership needed to scale the business.


In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to:

  • Own, lead, and continuously improve sales operations processes, including order management, pricing support, customer segmentation, customer set-up, and account execution workflows
  • Establish scalable sales documentation, standard operating procedures, job aids, governance routines, and process tools that improve consistency, accuracy, accountability, and speed of execution across the commercial organization
  • Own and maintain business-critical customer, item, pricing, and order management master data to support accurate reporting, order fulfillment, and customer service performance
  • Build and enhance digital tools, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility to customer performance, sales trends, service levels, fill rates, and key operational metrics
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of customer campaigns, promotions, launches, and seasonal programs
  • Strengthen strategic customer partnerships by identifying service level opportunities, driving root-cause resolution, and supporting win-win supply chain and commercial initiatives
  • Develop customer scorecards and performance reviews that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, pain points, and recommended actions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage customer contract, item agreement, pricing, and program reviews to ensure commercial commitments are accurately documented, communicated, and executed
  • Serve as a trusted operational leader and strategic partner to the sales team by anticipating needs, removing execution barriers, and helping convert account strategies into actionable plans
  • Recommend strategies and process improvements that increase sales productivity, improve data accuracy, reduce manual work, and enable more effective decision-making
  • Train, coach, and support sales and cross-functional partners on sales operations processes, tools, reporting expectations, and best practices; as the function evolves, may provide direction, prioritization, and leadership to future team members

What You Need to Succeed in This Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, commercial operations, or a related function, preferably within a CPG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products environment
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, build reporting tools, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • SAP experience strongly preferred; experience with customer portals, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus
  • Experience supporting customer reporting, account performance analysis, service level tracking, promotional execution, and operational issue resolution
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to lead work through influence, set priorities, drive accountability, and manage cross-functional initiatives without current direct reports
