Director Sales Operations
Nashville, Tennessee

Novatech, The Managed Office Provider, delivers a comprehensive portfolio of IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions nationwide. We are seeking a Director of Sales Support to lead a highly visible business function that sits at the center of revenue execution, customer experience and operational performance.

Reporting to the President of Office Technology, this leader will oversee sales support, contracts, leasing, billing and procurement while helping transform how the business operates. The opportunity is not simply to manage a team. It is to strengthen execution, improve processes, remove friction and build the operational foundation needed to support growth.

We are looking for a leader who enjoys solving problems, developing strong teams, driving accountability and creating better ways of working.

Why This Role Matters
Every sales organization talks about growth. Few invest in the operational infrastructure required to support it.

The Director Sales Operations will partner directly with executive leadership to improve the systems, processes and teams that impact revenue, margin, customer experience and employee productivity. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to simplify complexity, improve execution and make the business more consistent, efficient and scalable.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct influence on revenue execution, customer experience and operational performance across the organization.

What You'll Own

  • Contracts, leasing, and billing operations
  • Procurement and vendor management
  • Process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Cross-functional operational projects
  • Manager-level team leadership and development
  • Key performance indicators, accountability and operating discipline
  • Sales process efficiency and revenue realization
  • Operational workflows that support growth and customer experience

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations, sales support, customer operations, revenue operations or a related business-to-business environment

  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation and organizational change initiatives

  • Strong financial and operational acumen with an understanding of margins, cost control, working capital and business performance

  • Proven experience building, developing and leading manager-level leaders
  • A track record of improving business results through stronger processes, systems and execution

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Office technology, managed print, equipment leasing or related industry experience

  • Experience with recurring billing, contracts, leasing, procurement and vendor management

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, billing and lease management platforms

  • Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies

Why Novatech

  • Direct partnership with executive leadership

  • High-impact role with visibility across the organization

  • Opportunity to lead meaningful operational transformation

  • Ability to influence revenue growth, customer experience and profitability

  • Collaborative culture focused on accountability, ownership and continuous improvement

  • Base salary and bonus opportunity aligned with experience, qualifications and scope of responsibility
  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid Time Off (PTO), Volunteer Time Off (VTO), Floating Holidays, Company Holidays and Parental Leave

  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities

This role offers the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a growing organization by building stronger teams, improving execution, enhancing the customer experience and creating the operational foundation that enables future growth.
