What You’ll DoFront Office & Reception
  • Greeting and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a warm, professional presence
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries across divisions
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
  • Farm Sales & Beef Inventory

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for direct beef sales from our working farm
  • Manage product inventory — tracking cuts, quantities, pricing, and availability
  • Build customer relationships and follow up leads to drive repeat sales
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and communicate pickup/delivery logistics
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory logs
