Coors Distributing Company (CDC) is one of the nation's leading beer distributors based in Denver, Colorado. We serve as the critical link between brewery suppliers and the retailers, restaurants, and bars that bring our products to consumers. Since our founding in 1971, CDC has grown into one of the top beer distributors in the country, representing more than 30 suppliers, distributing approximately 14 million cases annually, and employing nearly 400 team members.
In the role of Sales Representative, working in Denver, Colorado, you will be part of the Sales Team. You will drive sales growth and market execution within an assigned chain account territory by developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, managing product distribution, and executing promotional and merchandising initiatives. This role plays a key part in achieving volume goals, maintaining retail standards, and ensuring quality execution across all CDC products.
This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and works closely with retail customers, suppliers, merchandisers, delivery teams, and cross-functional CDC teams.
What You'll Be Brewing
  • Drive sales growth, product distribution, and execution of promotional programs across assigned chain accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand product presence and increase sales volume.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising standards, point-of-sale execution, and quality compliance to ensure products are available and represented effectively in the market.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Support supplier initiatives through sales calls, market activities, customer training, and promotional events.
  • Participate in meetings, business reviews, and continuous improvement efforts that contribute to team success.

Key Ingredients
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license required. Driving record must meet Molson Coors pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Abilities Test prior to hire. Position requires occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds in tight or awkward conditions.
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory and maintain a consistent customer call schedule.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $37,800.00 - $49,500.00 (posting salary range) + 0% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
