Named as one of Built In Colorado's Best Places to Work for seven years in a row, KPA is made up of talented individuals working together for the greater good. We're here to help our clients build safe, thriving organizations, and we're looking for people with a common goal to help us do it.
Position Description:
The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the revenue organization across reporting and analytics production, Deal Desk operations, and Salesforce data quality. This role is responsible for producing and maintaining recurring KPI reporting packages, building and validating Salesforce reports and dashboards, supporting opportunity and deal processing workflows, and documenting repeatable RevOps processes. The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a key role in improving business continuity and reporting consistency by providing reliable execution capacity and backup coverage for mission-critical revenue workflows.
Location: This position will be supporting Mountain and Pacific Time Zones, so we are looking for candidates who reside in these regions.
Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Analytics Production:
    • Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting packages, dashboards, and workbooks in partnership with, and under the direction of, the Revenue Operations Manager
    • Build, maintain, and validate Salesforce reports and dashboards; support Tableau reporting needs.
    • Perform reporting QA, variance checks, and data validation across recurring reporting outputs.
  • Deal Desk & Opportunity Management:
    • Support Deal Desk queue management, opportunity review, and quote/order processing workflows in Salesforce.
    • Assist with renewal, amendment, cancellation, and closed-won operational processes.
    • Support billing and implementation handoffs and provide backup coverage for Deal Desk workflows.
    • Perform routine Salesforce opportunity cleanup and operational data quality work.
  • Documentation and Business Continuity:
    • Document mission-critical RevOps and Deal Desk processes, including SOPs, checklists, and process maps.
    • Help convert institutional knowledge into documented, repeatable operating practices that strengthen backup coverage.
  • Collaboration and Process Support:
    • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Client Success, Business Applications, and RevOps stakeholders.
    • Help identify recurring issues and manual tasks that should be documented, standardized, or automated.
    • Support intake, prioritization, and follow-through on ad hoc reporting and operational requests.

Qualifications:
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or data analytics.
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, with working knowledge of Salesforce opportunity and deal management processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and support Pacific Time business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Success Criteria:
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data and reports across all software systems.
  • Create trust with teams by communicating thoroughly and providing top tier support.
  • Support clear dashboards which tell the story of the data.
  • Help improve workflows, identify bottlenecks and introduce automation to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.

Compensation:
  • Annual salary range between $70-75k
  • Bonus potential up to 10% annually
