About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Bilingual Counter Sales Associate to support our in-store and phone-based sales operations. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service, assisting customers with product selection, and contributing directly to store sales and profitability. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening; assist with product selection and basic troubleshooting.
  • Research and source products using POS systems, online tools, catalogs, and internal resources.
  • Enter sales orders, process returns, and handle warranty requests following company guidelines.
  • Provide timely follow-up on quotes, product inquiries, and delivery updates; notify customers of delays or issues.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a clean, well-stocked showroom.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotes; promote store products, special offers, and complementary items.
  • Communicate sales leads to outside sales and management; support inventory goals by promoting surplus or discounted items.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while adhering to pricing and credit policies.

Education & Experience
