Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1โ€“2 years in revenue-related roles (Sales Ops, Deal Desk, or Renewals).
  • Strong Salesforce (CRM) skills; e-Builder or Cityworks experience is a significant plus.
  • Proficient in AI workflows, with the ability to build and deploy AI agents for process automation.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace and MS Excel (data scrubbing/VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with BI Analytics and data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition of International team renewal processes into eBuilder/Cityworks workflows.
  • Audit and resolve 198+ open opportunities in Salesforce spanning 2023โ€“2025 to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Execute data gathering, scrubbing, and SKU mapping for Unity products to support upcoming migrations.
  • Design, build, and deploy an AI agent to streamline the order form process.
  • Generate Unity Construct quotes and official order forms.
  • Assist the Deal Desk Director with SEC and GSA compliance; manage order fulfillment for GSA and state-scheduled contracts.
  • Resolve roadblocks for O&PS customers and handle complex renewal issues.
  • Act as a trusted resource for Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation.
  • Update Enterprise Customer IDs for Unity clients across spreadsheets and DX / Legacy Salesforce; inserting Customer contractual lifecycle status in Legacy Salesforce.
  • Analyze data models and sales order processes to identify and fix operational inefficiencies.
