We're looking full-time Operations Assistant to directly impact the success of our company by ensuring that our Account Directors and Sales Development Representatives have everything they need to operate efficiently, and effectively increase sales for our clients. Our ideal candidate is comfortable giving and receiving feedback, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and can see how the details fit into the bigger picture.

What You will be Doing:

  • Running regular reports, administrative support, scheduling, lead research, QC, template uploading, and various Salesforce work
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary 
  • Supporting setup of meetings 
  • Miscellaneous organizational and support activities 
  • Learning and implementing several different technology platforms to accomplish these tasks (Salesforce, MailChimp, DemandTools, PeopleImport, etc.) 
Qualifications

  • Ability to take direction and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication: Ability to clearly, concisely and professionally communicate with a variety of people on our team
  • Strong time management skills: Ability to balance tasks and prioritize activities that will maximize results
  • Coachable: A desire to learn more about processes, technologies, and ways of continuously improving. Willingness to implement new strategies and continuous improvement to increase effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Feedback communication: Open to feedback from team, as well as willingness to provide feedback when appropriate
  • Software skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint skills are essential. Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) is preferred (but not required).
  • Quick learner: Strong listening skills, with an ability to absorb and retain new information and make quick pivots accordingly
