Summary of the Role and Team

As an Associate Seller (Sales Development Representative), you will join Varicent's North America Sales Development team and play a key role in generating qualified pipeline opportunities within enterprise organizations. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue teams, you will identify prospective customers, understand their business challenges, and create opportunities that contribute directly to revenue growth. This role offers exposure to enterprise sales environments, modern prospecting strategies, AI-enabled sales technologies, and structured sales methodologies. What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies across assigned enterprise accounts and territories

  • Research target organizations, stakeholders, business initiatives, and market trends to identify potential opportunities

  • Engage prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

  • Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand business priorities, challenges, and potential fit

  • Experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or another customer-facing role within a SaaS, technology, or B2B environment

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between $64,800 – $85,000 USD. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for eligible sales roles, and a comprehensive benefits package.
