At EnterBridge Technologies, we develop custom-built software to match the unique needs of our clients' operations so they can move business capabilities forward quickly and in the most efficient way possible.
Our practice is ready for a period of accelerated growth and we are looking to expand our sales and marketing organization as a result.
What you will do
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Use of Technology: Build lists of potential clients using tools such as seamless AI, Apollo, zoom info etc. Use similar technologies to automate the delivery of some cold outreach sequences.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial outreach and conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and potential fit for the company's products or services.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and set up meetings between qualified leads and account managers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Follow-up & Nurturing: Engage with leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.

What you will Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related role, ideally in a B2B environment. Previous experience as a sales development representative or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and engage with potential clients.
  • Track and use data on outreach activities to improve messaging/approach.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, specifically reporting and sequencing capabilities.
  • A driven, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and persistence.
  • Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and maintain a strong work ethic in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
