Description
The role of the Business Development Representative is to drive new business growth within an assigned territory while owning the full sales lifecycle-from initial outreach through close-and building long-term customer relationships based on trust and results.
Business Development Representatives work cross-functionally with IT, Software, and Print Specialists to identify opportunities, design the right solutions, and support outcomes aligned with customer goals. Success requires the ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective solutions, along with adaptability and consistent execution from prospecting through close.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new accounts through outbound outreach, referrals, and leads
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasts
  • Partner with internal specialists to assess needs and recommend technology solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships within your territory
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
