Position Summary: This position is an entrylevel position,responsible for developing new business relationshipsand serving asthe first level of support to existing clients.
Description:
  • Develop prospectiveclients through severalstrategiesincludinginternet research, trade show lists,referrals,various professionaldirectories and personalinvestigation
  • Foster and close newclients through referrals, coldcalling,networking,and other means (tradeshows, regionalorganizations,etc.)
  • Responsible for growing newbusiness from existingclients,including workingclosely with senior leadership toexpand currentrelationships and upsell the TEportfolio.
  • Creatively problem solve to improve current newbusinessdevelopment strategy
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines withprospective andcurrent clients
  • Educateprospective and existing clientsregarding thetranslationprocess, including TE's rates,justificationforturnaround time, andcompetitors'information
  • Liaise with production to ensure that alljobs arehandledappropriately and with keen attentionto detail,resulting in aperfect product
  • Consistently follow up with clients toensure theirsatisfactionwith delivery, quality andcustomer service
  • Understand all industries that TE markets to includingindustryleaders, current events and any other pertinentdata
  • Performotherspecial projects or duties whenrequired
