Vice President, Sales, US Staffing (Light Industrial)

Location: Boulder, CO (On-site or Hybrid as per business need)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead revenue growth for our US Staffing business focused on Light Industrial clients across Boulder and the broader Front Range. You will own new logo acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and the full sales strategy across contingent staffing and workforce solutions for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift operators, CDL drivers, and related positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for Light Industrial staffing.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategy for Boulder and surrounding markets.
  • Develop strong relationships with plant managers, ops leaders, HR, and procurement.
  • Drive new business acquisition: prospecting, discovery, proposal, pricing, negotiation, close.
  • Expand existing accounts through share gain, site expansion, and multi-location rollouts.
  • Partner with recruiting and delivery to ensure fill rates, compliance, safety, and retention.
  • Lead client reviews, performance reporting, and SLA management.
  • Establish pricing models, markups, and service offerings aligned with margin goals.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team as the market grows.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of US Staffing sales experience, with strong Light Industrial focus.
  • Proven track record of closing and growing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of contingent labor models, pay/bill rates, markups, and SLAs.
  • Experience selling high-volume staffing, onsite programs, or multi-site accounts preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, high-urgency environment.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • New client acquisitions (logos) and monthly/quarterly revenue growth.
  • Gross margin and pricing discipline.
  • Fill rate, time-to-fill, and retention outcomes in partnership with delivery.
  • Client satisfaction, renewals, and expansion across sites/lines.
  • Pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and sales activity metrics.
