The Sales Associate will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, helping clients discover pieces that become part of their personal stories while contributing to individual and team sales goals.
As a Sales Associate- SFJ you will:
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Share product knowledge and educate customers on collections, materials, craftsmanship, and brand story.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and presented.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving merchandise, and inventory counts.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including comfort using POS systems and retail technology.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise, supplies, and packages as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
