Job Description:
The RaceWay/RaceTrac Franchise Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the RaceWay/RaceTrac Operations team as well as carrying out administrative duties to support the recruiting aspects of the RaceWay Division. The Franchise Sales Coordinator assists in managing content in the RaceWay/RaceTrac lead generation database to assist in attracting and selecting top Franchisees. This individual conducts the initial screening to ensure the prospect qualifies for the Franchise offer. The Franchise Sales Coordinator also supports the external recruiting process and provides information to the candidates, recruiting team, field leaders, and internal business partners.
What You'll Do:
  • Performs administrative and office support activities as it relates to Franchisee interviewing and selection process.
  • Carries out administrative tasks, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, responding to emails, voicemails, drafting correspondence, and organizing mail. Supports field teams with training materials as well as promotional, recruiting, and signage materials.
  • Performs various ad hoc requests as requested by the Recruiting Specialist and/or Director.
  • Receives all Franchisee prospect contacts regarding new inquiries and follows up appropriately.
  • Conducts all initial candidate screens utilizing internal interview guides and advances qualified candidates to Directors.
  • Researches and reviews notes within database to appropriately respond to candidates.
  • Assists in managing lead generation software (Naranga) and company websites, ensuring RaceWay and RaceTrac attracts and selects top Franchisee talent.
  • Provides exemplary customer service to candidates and Operation's Team Regional Managers at all times.
  • Carries out recruiting onsite open house events to include direct mailer preparation, email campaigns (pre and post), setup, tear down, and facilitation.
  • Attends recruiting and industry trade show events as needed.
  • Conducts 45 day / 90 day and exit interviews to gather feedback from Franchisees.
  • Facilitates annual Franchisee survey including but not limited to: creating the survey, administering the survey, compiling and distributing the results.
  • Conducts onsite meet and greet events as specified and impromptu site showings
  • Complies with all applicable Franchise Laws.
  • Demonstrates proficient knowledge of the Franchise Disclosure Document for each respective brand.
  • Assists with sourcing and managing the lead flow process for RaceWay Franchise opportunities.
  • Assists with sourcing and managing the lead flow process for RaceWay tenancy opportunities.
  • Carries out administrative tasks related to Franchise candidates, including but not limited to: issuance of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), processing background, credit, and profile analysis.
  • Assists with the annual Franchise Disclosure (FDD) registration process.
  • Carries out tracking of lead generation expenses and develops reports as needed to track cost per lead and cost per Franchisee selected.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year College or University or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years professional experience in a related field preferred.
  • MS Office Suite, with intermediate Excel preferred.
  • Proficiency with social media preferred.
  • Experience utilizing a Client Relationship Management and/or Recruiting/Applicant tracking software is a plus.

Schedule: Preferred 3 days on-site (Monday required).
