Nalley Lexus of Roswell, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 77 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for a Phone Specialist / BDC Agent!

With our rich history of success and growth, we are looking to expand our workforce and are currently looking for driven, excited, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a winning team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.  We provide the best environment for enthusiastic, driven sales people to be successful.

**Competitive pay based on experience PLUS Bonuses**

Hours: 11AM-8PM Monday-Friday

Potential hours on weekends on an as needed basis

Qualifications

Job Description

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify      automotive needs
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Conduct an average of 200 calls a day
  • Answer a high volume amount of inbound calls
  • Set appointments for clients to purchase vehicles
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments
  • Provide information on sales incentives
  • Must make outbound calls


Job Requirements

  • Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)
  • Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERRED
