Who you are:
As a Wealth Sales Coach, you will lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize performance. You will help bring value to the organization by identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed. What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage a team of Wealth Advisors, providing coaching on sales techniques, business development, and client relationship strategies to maximize individual and team performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders to support revenue growth
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform local strategy and advisor development
  • Prepare and present sales performance updates and forecasts to regional leadership
  • Achieve and exceed local sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client service and profitability
  • Actively participate in community and professional networks, positioning Frost as a trusted partner and expanding influence across the region
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Must maintain active FINRA registrations, including Series 7, Series 63, Series 24 (General Securities Principal), and either Series 65 or Series 66; candidates not currently holding the Series 24 must obtain it within 120 days of hire
  • Candidate must be eligible to supervise FINRA-registered representatives and investment adviser representatives and maintain all required registrations in good standing
  • General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO Insurance; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within financial services or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strengths in business development and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
